Here are some pics of me 10 weeks ago and now - I still have a long way to go but I'm starting to notice the difference and that's what keeps me going :smile:

    I'm happy with the results so far, I'm going to step my exercise up with 30DS and a brand new cross trainer!

    30 day shred. A workout DVD by Jillian Michaels. I'm in England too, you can buy it over here no problem - I bought mine online (either amazon or ebay) Never checked to see if they have them in the shops though.
