I'm in! what do i need to do to join
It's very easy, simply keep track of how many miles you go during the month when you exercise!
I have a few tricks- I take a photo on my camera phone of the elliptical/treadmill read out for distance. I also use mapmyfitness.com, which has an iPhone app that will track my dog walks and give me a map with distance. It also has a feature which allows you to manually map a route you took so you can figure out the distance after the fact. Or just jot it down the old fashioned way with pen and paper!

I just finished logging for the month of May with this morning's miles - 190.38 miles total (cycling and running).
Let's see if I can't beat it in June! :drinker:0 -

Here is our challenge: to log 100 miles during the month of June!
Walking, Running, Cycling, Jogging, Dog walking, Rowing, Swimming, Elliptical, Cartwheels..... ANYTHING you can measure miles in!

I am in for June. This kept me motivated for the month of May. I wish I had a way of counting my Spin miles.
At one of the gyms they have new bikes with an odometer and the other gym has old bikes without (ie I spin at the old gym:-( becasue I like the instructors better)0 -
