Welcome! You can find amazing support here. With weighing over 200 this journey can seem to be a long one. Set realistic weekly and monthly goals. Slow and steady is the way permanant weight lose. Using the daily calorie counter helps me with understanding portion sizes and staying in a range that I can lose. Good Luck on your journey.:flowerforyou:

If you are looking for support you came to the right place. I love this sight. By the way coodos for your 27bl. That is a big deal. Yea! I am slowly on my way to my weight goal. The big changes take time and it gets hard to keep up with the discipline but all hard tasks are most rewarding at the end. Don’t worry about your aunt, I had a grandmother that did the same to me and it took 3 years after her death for me to finally start building some self worth, which is why I am here working to drop down to my healthy weight so I don’t die of a massive coronary like she did. So Welcome! Use those calorie counters, and the other tools they are so much fun. Go forth and kick but!

hello! I am in the same boat as you. I used to weigh about 150 but then two kids later and I'm stuck at 221! Congrats on losing that first 27lbs. I wanted to let you know, that Nutrisystem actually works! My father in law used to be about 250 and using Nutrisystem and nothing else he now weighs 165! I just can't afford it! It runs about 350/mo plus you still have to buy your fresh fruits and vegetables. If it is something you can afford, I definately recommend it!
