What works best for you? Snacks/Exercise?

I have lost 19.5 lbs in 2 months. My goal is to loose another 23 ½ . What snacks or easy and healthy dinners do you suggest? What exercises has worked best for everyone? I would love to loose another 5-10 by my birthday 6/16
Any suggestions would be great!!!

    Not sure where you live, but during the summer months I have enjoyed riding/exploring some of the bike trails in the area. Adding 2-3 hours of bike riding boosts my exercise minutes A LOT and is also very enjoyable.

    Also, I love making a healthy home-made cucumber/onion salad or coleslaw w/shredded broccoli/carrots/cabbage to eat as a snack or with dinner.

    Broccoli is the BEST. Better than BACON.

    Roast veggies. Love roast veggies. Very filling, and almost nil in calories.
