Going over the daily carb intake. Help please.. :(

120g is my daily goal for carb intake. Today I consumed an extra 17 g, however I still have a lot of calories to consume. What's the effect of eating more carbs than the daily goal? What would happen to my body? Will I gain more weight? Help please. :( Thank you. :)

    depends on where your carbs are coming from, i tend to look at my daliy amounts by what i ate to be over, if it was from fruit and veggies, etc then i let it slide as it's just as important to eat those... if it's from heavy starch food, eg) pasta, etc then i need to reduce my portions...
  • Is it bad to eat two slices of wheat bread a meal? I think I ate over my daily goal beacause of the raisins I consumed. I was trying to reach my daily calorie goal. However, I consumed more than my daily carbs goal by doing so.
