im a young 21 year old guy, they say my metabolism is supposed to be fast and im pretty active so I dont know why I am overweight..... well I do know why its because I love to eat well over eat. I feel like I lost weight and I was happy and continued to cut the pounds but for one week after loosing forty pounds I got to happy with my progress and started to slack off because I thought I could. I always see people at work with delicious fast food, always have to pass lots of restaurants on the way home and go through the cafe at school. Loosing weight has become so hard and I never minded working out. I just feel like im falling behind fast..

  • Don't give up!!! Just because you slip up doesn't mean you have to quit!!! We all mess up sometimes but it's those of us who realize it's ok to make mistakes and get back on track that truly succeed. I learned that the hard way after losing thirty pounds and hitting a plateau. I was gonna give up and just "accept myself" until a few people on MFP inspired me to keep trying. Now i've lost another 13 lbs and still going strong!!! It feels great and I know you can do it to

Good luck and don't give up. If at first you don't succeed, try try again.

Keep using this website and it will help. Count the calories - use the food diary religiously. It will work when you keep at it.
