What Are Your Fitness Goals for June?

Mine are to lose another five pounds, Finish out Turbo Fire and start Insanity.

    I just started so i want to lose at least 5 lbs and tone up my butt. I also want to start on the couch 25k.

    I would like to really tone up and lose 5 lbs this month. I have begun weightlifting so more likely I will lose inches....

    I been in MFP for 35 days and lost almost 7 lbs, Completed my May Challenge PUT UP/SHUT UP archiving my goal. My pledge was to burn 15,000 calories and i did 17,306. I never thought i was going to make it. I would love to lose another 7lbs. And complete Turbo fire Challenge. Good Luck... add me if you like

    Continue to progress in my overall fitness. I've been yoyo'ing at my current weight as I think I've hit a point where I am definitely exchaning fat for muscle. So any loss in the scale would be nice, but definitely not worrying about it. Other goals are I want to bike to work once a week which would be about 25-30km with lots of hills and to complete the Rip60 program.

    Lose 7 pounds before my cruise to the Bahamas and trip to the keys! Tone up big time!

    Does anyone have an recommendations on energy supplement before a workout? I workout after work..and i'm exhausted!
    I need the extra energy for June!!! =)

    I would like to start by losing 5 pounds and tone up my stomach and legs. This is just for June because eventually I would like to take it a lot further than that:)

    2. Complete my Vestal XX race (12.4 miles) in a 9.5 min/mile pace or less.
    3. Start lifting
    4. Continue to transition to no dairy (allergy)
    5. Lose lbs and if not that, then inches (stupid scale)
    6. Eat more!


    We need to follow-up at the end of the month to see how we did!
