Only 15 Pounds, But...

I know it's not a lot, but I have 15 pounds to lose after having my second child. I cannot seem to stay on track. I track my calories and exercise for a week and then I stop.

I cannot get motivatied. I just want to feel good about myself, my body, and I want more energy. Help!
