What do you notice about your behavior when you feel you are becoming obsessive about exercise? Or does this never happen?

I have seen my weight melt off as long as I go to the gym at least 5 days a week. I have indeed become obsessive about my fitness routine and I feel it is helping me a great deal. It helps me stay motivated to eat healthy and "properly". This meaning, now that I am active, I am getting the carbs and the protein I need to provide fuel for my workout and the protein needed to maintain/ repair muscles after the workouts. The only drawback I see in my obsession is that I feel awkward on the days I am not there. Like when I see my doctor, or have other commitments during the time of my daily routine. I nearly went crazy with weiight gain paranoia when I was out 3 weeks with the flu. I started back Monday this week and I feel refreshed and relieved. (-:0
