"Oh, photos don't lie." Before and After office pics

I recently found a photo of myself and one of my students. I compared it to a recent photo with other students. I just remember how uncomfortable I was in the first photo because I was trying to figure out a way to sit and "hide" myself. I am much more confident in the second photo.

It has been a slow and steady process of almost nine months and 43 pound weight loss. I still have some more to go but I don't shy away as often from the camera.

    Get it girl! You look stunning. One of my coworkers this morning said, "OMG you have lost so much weight." I said to myself I don't notice it but I guess others do. I can't wait until I have one of these office pic moments.

    I love how you are confident and glowing. Beautiful in both pictures, but you definately show more comfort in your skin in the second photo. Slow and steady is the perfect pace to be able to keep it off. Good job. You look great!

    You look awesome! My goal is to lose 70 but for now my motivation is to lose 40 lbs by February - my husband said he would take me to Vegas if I did it!!!! I really hope I can stick to this!
