I'm new to this site...would love some friends who would be supportive and I supportive of them as well.

I am 35 years old (just turned 35 this month)
I'm trying hard to grasp the weight loss/calorie counting concept (been on WW, only knew points)...
I have about 100 pounds to lose, but NOT looking at that number, just gotta keep going every day.
Officially start counting calories June 1st, and by this time next year I'm hoping to be healtheir :)

Hope all is well with everyone, and never give up! :)

I joined this site today so fingers crossed calorie counting works for me - I'm 48, gave up smoking 5 years ago gained 3 stones and am struggling like hell to lose it :( so here goes to success :) If i can give up smoking I can lose weight ..................... h o p e f u l l y x
