This is an oft-repeated topic but one to re-visit from time to time. For taste I love Power Crunch wafer bars but overall in my view the best protein bar is the Chocolate Deluxe Pure Protein bar. It has an average to above average taste. Hard to beat the numbers below:

20g protein
180 calories
75mg sodium
115mg potassium
2g sugar
17 carbs
0 trans fat

Best prices? Buy 6-pack at Wally's World or Smart-N-Final.

    try supreme brand bars. the numbers are similar to what the op posted and the taste is very good. at least the peanut butter crunch and peanut caramel ones are

    Have you tried HB's Cookies, cake and Cream protein drink? ZERO calories and 40 grams of protein per serving! I am allergic to it but he swears it's DEEEEE-LICIOUS!
