Naturally? Eat a ton of fibre and drink loads of water.
Need more help - one laxative tablet usually shifts it.0 -

buy some fiber gummies and eat mainly fruits and veggies for the next two days with lots of water. Stay away from dairy and wheat products up to a week before an event to prevent bloating and water retention.0

You don`t! unless you resort to laxatives!!! not recommended!!!
Plan ahead next time ;-)0 -
Everything else everybody else said (lots o water, fiber/bran, laxative)....or Go get some of the "sugar-free" candy - they come in small bags, so eat the whole thing.
I promise you won't have your issue for long, just stay near a restroom.0 -
Eat a bunch of fibrous vegetables every day.0
-
1 box of brussel sprouts and a cup of strong coffee. Also, try Phazyme.0

Miralax!!! Love this stuff...it's an osmotic laxative so it helps take care of fluid retention as well as bloating and constipation :-)0

Take a hose....turn the water on low....insert.
BACK BLAST AREA CLEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?0 -
Okay, stay away from the salty stuff like chips, drink lots of water. To do it naturally, eat prunes or drink prune juice or sauerkraut juice. If you are in that much of a hurry, take a laxitive like Miralax, Exlax, citrate of magnesia, or something similar. Good luck!0

My doctor told me to take mineral oil. It worked but isn't very nice going down.0

Surprised no one has suggested taking a probiotic, they have almost completely eliminated my bloating/indigestion issues. I'm as regular as the sun rising now-a-days.0

My mother's answer for it was to take an enema. That works extremely quickly, but it's very unpleasant. I'd rather go with the juices, the laxatives, or even the mineral oil.0

she said "dink"......like I'm talking to my granddaughter. Cute and funny0
