Almost at goal weight with 73lbs lost so far. (Pictures)

So, I'm about 7 pounds away from reaching my goal weight. Although, I still have lots of toning up and muscle to gain. But I consider that phase two of my body transformation.

In regards to how I have lost the weight. I decided to give Nutrisystem a try and was on it for a year straight. As I got closer to my goal, I have been flexing my own meals instead of theirs. I still order from them but only once every 2-3 months. Basically it's a 1250-1350 calorie low GI diet. Its worked well for me.
