Trying to lose pregnancy weight gain

Hi everyone! I just joined today and am hoping for some great results! I do have a few questions though. I am breastfeeding my new baby, born in February. When I type in my goals and such, it doesn't ask anything about pregnancy/breastfeeding. I know I burn calories making milk, but how does this equal out with my dieting? I know I can't really cut calories too much or it will effect my milk supply. Does anyone have any experience with this? How can I enter this into the stats?

Hello! Good luck, I'm also trying to lose my preg weight (but I'm 11 months out). You can add breastfeeding as a food and it gives you the updated nutritional needs for breastfeeding. I always try to eat at least 1500 to keep my supply up. I've been losing steadily. You can add me if you'd like, I'd love to have more mom friends!0

Thanks for the reply! The confusing thing now is which entry do I use? My baby is 3 months old. There are so many options to choose from. Some say 500 calories/day and others say 300/day.0
