I've lost quite a bit of weight but am trying to keep the healthy lifestyle, this past week I have been over indulging on everything. I plan to get started being serious again but of course the weekend is coming. Any tips on how to stay on top of the diet and excersise over the weekend? Every Weekend it seems that I fail and go for the junk food and beer.
Thanks!

I am in the exact same boat. Do great during the week then the weekend comes and I drink too many beers and don't eat healthy. Very frustrating that I can't get through it

um, don't eat junk food and drink beer?
    Tip 1: don't buy it.
Tip 2: don't let anyone bring it in the house.

Other than that, I got nothing. I mean, in all seriousness - if you want it, then allow the calories for it and TRACK it. It's really all on you. Once in a while is no big deal - but if its every weekend, or every day, that weight is all going to come back. It's not a diet - its a life style change.

Drink more beer during the week. That should even things out.

Weekends are toughest for me as well. What I do is plan plan plan and portion control. Sometimes I have naughty foods over the weekend but I try to up my water intake and throw in an extra workout or two. Even if it is just a 30 minute walk. By planning out your meals ( even if its in your head) it really helps you to make better decisions! Plus I weigh in on Saturdays so I want to be on my best behavior!

    Plan plan and plan
Prepare your food ahead of time
Use your will power...you can say no.
No one is forcing you to eat/drink anything....
