I'm back. I used MFP a while ago to drop weight, and now I'm back working on dropping body fat, upping my proteins/fats and working on cutting out sweets. There, now it's out there and everyone knows it!! Lol.

I've done a little bit of everything, from vegetarian to vegan to raw and now I'm finding a great balance, leaning more towards paleo, while staying in line with my goals. Trying to eat more for fat loss. Hope the journey is fun and anyone with the same goals feel free to add me!!!

    I went raw vegan for a while and oh wow it has hard! haha I've been a vegetarian for many years though :D gonna add you xo
