Sometimes I feel like I have to justify my exercises!!! I have had my own exercises done by looking at another site and getting a rough estimate but I try and be creative and name it something different and yet I feel like I have to justify myself for it. Can some one explain?

What do you mean "justify"? Who are you justifying too. I cheated today & got a snack cake with the kids (well I got the granola one that was like 1/2 the calories) but I felt guilty. I don't know, I feel guilty if I think I'm giving myself too much credit. I know that I was over estimating my exercize and under my food lately because I gained .2 pounds 2 weeks ago, but had no change last week. I also try to say will its that time of the month...but you never never know. All I know is I'm trying extra hard this week, even with my cheat.0
