I started (horribly out of shape) with 3lbs for the whole 30 days.
But now when I do it, I can do 5lbs easily and sometimes 8lbs depending on the exercise.0 -
3 lbs and sometimes that feels like too much at the end :P0

im doing the ripped in 30 and 3lb to 5lb works just fine for me.0

Thanks everyone, just realised my weights are only 2lbs, really think I need to bump the weight up as it's a bit too easy.
