Stomach and Back Excerises

Hi everyone,

I'm starting my goal to lose weight! Though, I admit, I haven't/don't do a lot of physical activity since before this. So I don't really know a lot of good exercises to do for where I'm trying to lose the weight.
So I'm wondering if anyone can give me some suggestions for some exercises to do. I'm aiming to lose the weight in my stomach area and the back (I have back handles.) Those are my biggest problem areas.

    There are no spot reduction exercises. Back and ab exercises will give you a stronger back and stronger abs, but they don't do much to reduce waistline fat.
    Your genetic makeup determines where fat is stored. All you can do is consume fewer calories or burn more (aerobics are best for this).
