My wife is also doing this. I have told her she needs friends for support but she won't ask. Mayde if there are some supportive people out there, you can send her a request. Her user name is jjsjrs2.

    It's good to know you have some support - it really helps. MFP is a great tool and I have lost weight before using it. If I stayed on it all of the time, I might not regain! Anyway... good luck and if you need a friend, lots of us are just a click away!
