I had a few big mile stones
1. do 5k runs
2. do 10k runs
3. do 15k runs
4. get into the healthy body fat percent rage
5. get into the healthy BMI range

About 3 weeks ago I did my first 5k (and since then have hit 8k) but the big big win for me was that at a company heath fair I had my body fat percent taken and found out that I am not in the healthy range! Striking 2 of my 5 goals off the list after working on this for months felt amazing.

Fantastic! I myself went FROM a size 13 blue jean to a size 9 (average dress size is 10 pounds); I've lost 20 pounds so far. I am working my way to getting into a COMFORTABLE size 8 blue jean. I am training myself to jog/run 2 miles during my lunch hour M/W/F and my "goal" is to run/walk a 5k.

    Blessings!
