Vitamin/Calorie Question

I have been tracking my caloric intake pretty close and the vitamins I take equal about 60 calories. Should I track these also or do I need to be concerned with them? I can't take a straight multi-vitamin so I have broken it down to just some of the components the the doctors says I need. Hopefully you can tell me what you do with yours.

I have a wellness coach who I emailed this question to so curious to see her answer. I was thinking that once your body uses the vitamin part it flushes the rest. Probably too good to be true and that extra 60 will have to accounted for. I will post her reply when I get it tomorrow.

Why don't you just set your MFP calorie goal to whatever it is now minus 60? That way you don't even need to think about it.
