Hi my name is charliemae I am very nre to trying losing weight it is something that I must do I have been overweight for a long time and I really do not know where to start so if anyone could please give give some tips on getting started when I put my information in the calories seems to be really high I am at a lost I heard a lot of good thinf about MFP and the support that is on here.

    I started by really looking at what I ate. I love sweet tea & sugar in my coffee. I have cut back to half sugar & ideal sweetner. Ideal sweetner doesn't leave a nasty after taste in your mouth when you use it. I cut down on the fast food or made better choices when I am out & have to eat. I have increased my water intake & I do a little exercise. i need to realy work hard & start doing mote exercising. I usually don't eat all of my calories. If you have anymore questions just ask!
