    This is about me. I hadn't run since my 20s (knee injury) but with my minimalist shoes I decided to give it a try in Feb. Started with intervals, then did a mile, then 2, now I regularly do 3, a few times 4. So, probably at about 45-50 for the month. Not bad for just a few months.
