30 days shred on mfp

Just wondering what do you guys enter in the exercise log when you do your workout on DVD.. I am not sure because the 30 days shreds includes cardio-strenght and abs??

    I have a HRM, but was comparing my calorie burn from my HRM to what it says on MFP. Using circuit training general it was only 3 cals over from what my HRM said. So pretty accurate!

    I tested it out with Calistenics, vigorous and circuit training, general, and got the same calories burned both ways. =)
