Do you have a husband or parents or friends that can watch the kids while you do at home workouts? Can you join a gym?

I am trying to lose my baby pouch too. I started at the gym and started Couch to 5k runner. This seems to be shrinking my belly. All the best to you!

I am a mom of only 1 7 month old, so it's definitely easier for me, but I have been doing Jillian Michaels DVD, 30 Day Shred to help lose my baby weight. It's only a 20 minute workout. It it REALLY helping me tone up and slim down. I'm only on Day 7 but I've lost 2 pounds this week!

Running has worked pretty well for me. And if you can fit it in your budget, a good personal trainer to get you started out is worth their weight in gold. Good luck!!

My youngest is 16 months and I too am trying to get rid of my "flesh fanny pack". It is taking a while but slowly it is shrinking! I bought the Jillian Michael's 6 week 6 pack DVD and it is really helping! The workouts are insane (for me who hasnt really worked out since high school). She recommends doing the workout 5 days a week.... well with kids that is tough! I try to do at least 3 a week (have made 4 but never 5). It is only a 30 min workout and my oldest son even likes to join in and do some of the moves with me and my youngest just runs around the family room playing while I do my workout! I have been doing it for 4 weeks and I have taken 2 inches off my belly already... I am pretty pumped and plan to stick with it until this flab is gone!

    Best of luck to you!
  • I have five little ones and my youngest are twins. It can be hard to find the time to work out but I have uesed cardio to lean out overall. I used my husband's P90X Ab Ribber home work out to get toned. It seems to help. Good luck to you
