been on about three weeks now...

Hey all,

I have been on mfp for about three weeks now. I LOVE IT!!!!! I feel that I will stick to this better then anything I have ever done before. The food and exercise log are the best. And the data base is wonderful. I do not feel deprived because I can still go out to dinner. Just check the database and be smart with my choices. Yea. I have weigh in tomrrow night. I am anxious to see how I have done this week. I do not own a scale so I am happy to have my weigh in at my church every sunday evening. My daughter is also doing this with me. Good luck to all and I will check in regularly.

  • Good luck with your weigh in, i'm sure you'll do great!!! But if you don't do great just remember that some effort is better than no effort and to just keep moving along....DON'T GIVE UP, BELEIVE IN YOURSELF :flowerforyou:

    Yea another weigh in. Lost 3 more pounds. THat is a total of 9 pounds in 6 weeks. Hope everyong has a great week.

    Yes, I am loving this site also and all the tools, especially the calorie counter, it has all the foods that i could imagine eating, and i can see my calorie intake and determine what and how much i can haven of something. I had a trainer visit last week and My next weigh in is 23 Nov, he wants me to have lost 9 pounds by then...that in exactly 6 weeks, What are you doing?

    Hey April...I am just walking 2 miles a day ( About 40 mins) and keeping track of my calories in my food log. This is something that I can do. I just know it. Best of luck to you!!!!
