how to post "pinned" topics?!

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to post a new topic in with the "push pin" added?! Any host out there that can give me some advice, that would be great! I want to start a new group and have weekly topics! I want the weekly topic to remain at the top of the discussion boards. Just not sure how to mark them with "the push pin"!! Help please!!

    You could go to a group that has a pinned post and message the moderator who posted it asking for help. Most people here are eager to help out.

    Under the post where it says reply, quote, etc, it will say sticky click that
