I'm wanting to mix up my workout routine but having trouble finding a good workout. I would like to lose 50lbs or more and would like to interact with someone on a weekly or daily basis who is doing the same routine and compare.

its always better to have work out friends. I hit the gym m-f hit the bike for 15 and then I lift for an hour to 1 1/20 -

I do zumba almost everyday and a different workout in UFC. Every other day I do an abs workout. I'm always working out by myself and would like to compare my progress with these workouts or any other. I'm open to ideas.0
