gawd d*** that made me laugh out loud and now my coworkers are staring...a tad worried. That's impressive for working for the postal service.
  • Naturally? Eat a ton of fibre and drink loads of water.

Need more help - one laxative tablet usually shifts it.

Fill a 4 oz. juice glass with half OJ and half olive oil. Drink.

Let me know how it goes.

    Yeah that too...
  • buy some fiber gummies and eat mainly fruits and veggies for the next two days with lots of water. Stay away from dairy and wheat products up to a week before an event to prevent bloating and water retention.

Everything else everybody else said (lots o water, fiber/bran, laxative)....or Go get some of the "sugar-free" candy - they come in small bags, so eat the whole thing.

I promise you won't have your issue for long, just stay near a restroom.

1 box of brussel sprouts and a cup of strong coffee. Also, try Phazyme.

Miralax!!! Love this stuff...it's an osmotic laxative so it helps take care of fluid retention as well as bloating and constipation :-)

Okay, stay away from the salty stuff like chips, drink lots of water. To do it naturally, eat prunes or drink prune juice or sauerkraut juice. If you are in that much of a hurry, take a laxitive like Miralax, Exlax, citrate of magnesia, or something similar. Good luck!

My doctor told me to take mineral oil. It worked but isn't very nice going down.

Surprised no one has suggested taking a probiotic, they have almost completely eliminated my bloating/indigestion issues. I'm as regular as the sun rising now-a-days.

My mother's answer for it was to take an enema. That works extremely quickly, but it's very unpleasant. I'd rather go with the juices, the laxatives, or even the mineral oil.

eat a huge salad- like 5 cups of greens, cut out processed stuff, drink more water, and take a stool softner. then stay close to a toliet.
  • I hear if you douche your *kitten* that usually helps.

I was contantly constipated even though I drink lots of water and veges. I started taking a once a day cenovis fish oil tablet with omega 3 and very happy to say I am back to normal. I was drinking lots of water, eating heaps of spinach and veges and also eating fish a few times a week, none of these worked for me.

Drink a tablespoon of castor oil...it's not a pleasant taste but your bloating problems will be down the drain (literally)
