Where have all the good men gone?

How is it that I live in a small country-ish town where cowboys should abound but I have not met a single one?! I was super stoked to move here because I thought I could meet men with similar interest (camping, hiking, fishing) but they are nowhere to be found--someone explain this phenomenon to me!!

    All of the country fields have been paved over to make room for a new shopping mall, and a Starbucks on every corner. So there is no more country left to support the country folk. But I have an awesome mocha latte.

    They aren't in town because they are camping, hiking or fishing.

    Just stop looking and you'll find what your looking for.... usually works that way.

    Or take a trip North to Canada - bound to be a few good men who like to play in the great outdoors

    Just move up north to Canada. If you like fishing, you'll love 'ice fishing.
    Guys are still *kitten*, however, I would imagine what with me living here and all, that there are a select few (sort of like a cult uprising) of decent men.

    They are the quiet guy you never notice. Not a the bar after work before supper, riding in their pickups nipping at Jack Daniels and shooting out the windows but more likely working by themselves somewhere and leading quiet lives.

    A lot of stereotypes here and do not fit all situations. Start looking for the guys rarely seen in the crowd...with curiosity in your eyes.

    COMPLETELY agree. Now that I'm married there were more than a few girls I was in the friendzone with who NOW realize they f***ed up :)
