I usually run but felt like something different today and came across this brilliant aerobics workout. Being only 10 minutes long, I was skeptical but wow it works! :-) I wanted to share it with you all because I know I'll definately be using it again. It says to use dumbbells but if you dont have them two litre bottles of water are fine. Plus being only 10 minutes long it's easy to fit into a busy schedule (thought it would be great for those with kids or long hours), or you could repeat it/combine it with another exercise to lengthen it.
