Hey everyone,
So I have very flat feet and tend to be a pronator and am looking for a shoe that will help my feet. It usually hurts most when I'm doing plyometric (jumping) exercises. Any helpful suggestions or brands of shoes you like would be appreciated!!

I overpronate. There are a lot of good stability shoes out there. I run, so I like Asics stability running shoes, although I am sure there are stability cross trainers out there. I also like Brooks stability... agsin for running. I would go to Footlocker or another store like that where the people working there know a lot about athletic shoes and get fitted for the right ones for you. Good shoes make a huge difference!0

Go to a local specialty running store, they have all the equipment and knowledge to help you. They will even let you go outside (or have a treadmill) and run for a little bit to try them out. Expect to spend at least $100 though, and don't lift weights in your running shoes.0
