But I am putting on my running shoes right now.


Ugh. Anyone else totally demotivated but forcing themselves to go anyway this weekend?

    Yes, and I usually feel so much better afterwards...I have to keep reminding myself of that!!!

    Go do it!

    I have a really hard time motivating myself to workout on my own, and when i don't workout I feel so ashamed of myself. I joined a fitness bootcamp and today was the first day and I felt soo proud of myself when I was done that I'm actually excited about my next workout!

    So go do the workout! You'll thank yourself after!

    I hear ya. I convinced myself earlier today that today would be a skip day. And on way out of working parking lot turned the other way and went to the gym after all. Did not want to go but feel great now that it is over.

    I WENT! And I am glad I did although I seem to have angered my hamstring. I'm sure it's nothing Motrin and Arnica gel can't cure.

    Shaved 5 miles off my 2 mile intervals on the treadmill, too, so I guess whining is productive motivation for me?

    How did everyone fare this Friday eve?

    I never want to work out LOL. But..... today I started my my first walking routine. I will walk walk
    for 30 min at lunch for mow on.
