I hate working out in this heat.

It is 100 degrees here, and I'm going to sweat it out at Zumba tonight. My class is always packed with people and it's so humid and disgusting. I know it's good for me, but once you reach my size you just feel like a damn chicken rotisserie and you're sweating in between all sorts of rolls - ITS GROSS. Guess I'm just looking to hear from people who share my pain.

I definitely find it hard to feel energized and excited to work out when it is extremely hot and humid - this was true back when I was in great shape many years ago, too!
It's also gross if you shower too soon afterward and you're still sweating AFTER the shower!
I"m hoping I'll figure out how to motivate myself to exercise early enough in the morning that it won't be brutally hot yet.0 -
I feel for you. I don't know where you are but here in FL it is 95 degrees, 100% humidity and raining on and off all the time. I feel like I live in a steam room/sauna. It makes working out outside extremely uncomfortable and causes some chaffing issues. :grumble:0

Oh boy does that take me back to exercising in NYC. One night I was jogging and it was so hot I had to run through a sprinkler in a nearby park.0

It was 100 degrees today. I went to Zumba anyways. Just gotta keep telling myself, "it's only an hour." =D0
