Hello, I am a newbie. I am turning a new leaf with the beginning of vet school. It's amazing what our body is physiologically capable of and I would like to take better care of it! I started doing an exercise program at school five times a week. I am trying to learn how to eat better and would like support to keep going - especially during those study session when you really want to snack on a chocolate bar!

Cheers!

Glad you have decided to come here. You'll find a good support system and it really does help to journal you food. Make a decision now to have some good things on hand for those study sessions.

:flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: Welcome to MFP.

Look on the "Motivation and Support" boards and find a support group so you have some new friends to connect with every day.

Log your food ahead of time so there are no surprises.

Pack healthy lo-cal snacks so you have a choice and don't have to reach for chocolate while studying.

Take it one day at a time
    Take baby steps
Stay open minded to new ideas
Drink a lot of water :drinker: :drinker:

You can do this.
