Working so hard - but GAINING weight :(!

I've been counting calories and exercising for over a month now, what am I doing wrong?
Am I eating the wrong amount of calories - mfp gives me a goal of 1350. I hardly ever manage to eat that little. I'm 5ft 7, 193lbs, just done fat2fitradio and it says my BMR is 1720 calories.. that seems high
I'm on week 5 of couch 2 5k and do Zumba and Just Dance 3.
I'm not losing any inches either.

I'm 5'5 and 192, just started this week. Sedentary, and MFP gave me a calorie limit of 1460. The 1340 seems low? Especially if you are active, remember, if you're active you get to up your daily calories (same way weight watchers does it)
Was going to say, muscle?
Have you taken measurements other than weight?0 -
I think I'm on sedentary, lose 1 1/2lbs a week
I just changed it and it's gone up to 1530!0
