Strong is the new everything! *pictures

I've never had enough cardio to run.. I've never been strong enough to do 1 regular (man style) push up...

I lost 25 pounds so far and many inches, but most of all, I started to get in shape! I did 30 Day Shred, now doing Body revolution by Jillian Michaels and started C25K at the same time to prove myself that I CAN!

Now, I'm about to start week 4 of JMBR and C25K, I can run (jog) for 5 mins in a row and I can do at least 10 regular push ups!

Women, we can!

    Go 'head, lady! You're doing fantastic! I need to try C25k myself, being that I have never been able to run more than a minute or two. Still doing girl pushups, too. Someday soon...
