30 Day Shred Results With Photo

Hey All. I just finished Jillian Michales 30DS. I lost some inches and I feel stronger. I also think my cardio has improved quite a bit. I am still not where I want to be though. I think I will try ripped in 30 next. Or 6 week 6 pack. By the way I have also lowered my carb intake and i am trying to eat between 1200-1400 net calories pet day.

    Very Nice! I just purchased that dvd today and I'm gonna start it tomorrow. Hopefully I will have some good results from it.

    Awesome! How many calories did you estimate it burned? I'm starting it today, was going to do it for June, but my son's birthday was this weekend so I burned enough calories hosting 2 parties! :)

    I just typed in circuit training for like 23 minutes. I think it was about 220 calories each day. I don't have an HRM but its prob pretty accurate. I would sweat A LOT.

    No Problem, just stick with it. Make sure you take measurements and photos cause I didn't really lose pounds.
