Hi Leslie here from Alberta Canada. I just got this app today and intend to start my journey with breakfast. I just want to wish all the ppl on this very personal and happy journey good luck. I hope we can keep each other motivated and that we reach our goals in a safe and healthy manner and then are able to maintain them.
