Another newbie with a goal!

Hey everyone. I'm Emma (as if you couldn't tell by the user name!). One of my good friends referred me to this website to use the food and exercise journals. My ultimate goal is to lose a whopping 90lbs! This is only day four and so far, so good. I'm doing the Slim In 6 program and hoping to see some results in a few weeks.

Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated! Glad to be here! :happy:
