UGH! Need to eat 202 more cals to meet goal--any ideas?

Ugh...I need to eat 202 more calories for this afternoon/tonight and can't think of anything. I added some sunflower seeds, but I'm already up 1 extra fat calorie and up on fiber--so I don't want that today. Any ideas?

I don't want any sodas, ice cream or stuff like that...I can splurge on carbs, protein and calories...I really don't want any fruit either.

If you're not hungry then don't eat anything else. 200 calories is neither here nor there really.

I'd go for a cup of cottage cheese. :P Or an egg/cheese scramble.
Oats or tuna would probably be my next choices.

:drinker: :drinker: :drinker: You geniuses!!!!!!

I totally forgot about some Raw coconut butter (instead of peanut butter)!!!!!!!!!! I'll have some of that--it'll leave me up 17 for my fat & some 19 up in protein consumption (but that's cool) and minus about 2 cals for for goal, but that's perfect. I'll have it with the 2 large boiled eggs I'll eat shortly.

THANKS YOU GUYS FOR ALL OF YOUR SUGGESTIONS:smooched: I'll keep the other suggestions y'all wrote for/as I pre-plan the rest of my meals for this weekend/next weeks. YAY!!!!

If I need to get calories up, I usually have some oat chocolate milk with ice.
