    I still have almost two months doing ChaLean Extream, but as soon as I finish that I want to start the BBL.
    I am almost thinking of adding it on to CLX. Are the workouts long?

    Thanks, I eat about 1900 calories a day and I set my macros to 40/30/30 (carb/prot/fat)
    The workouts are from 30 to about 70 minutes if you have to do 2 of them at the same time.
    Bum Bum = 30 min
    High & Tight = 37 min
    Sculpt = 50
    Cardio Axe = 30
    Tummy Tuck = 18 min

    I can see the difference! Way to go! You should have taken and listed before and after weights & measurements, but I can surely see the difference without them! Good job! Did you change your diet and everything, or just work out?

    Thanks! I just updated the post with my measurements.
    I eat pretty clean and close to 1900 / day now that I am doing maintenance. Before that I was eating around 1600 - 1700 / day
    My macros are set to 40/30/30 (carb/prot/fat)

    It is not high impact but there are lots of squats and lunges. There are modifications but you might want to look at the dvds before trying to see if it is something your knees will be OK with.
