just wanted to say hi to all and hope all is doing well..:happy: ..i have not gotten a chance to write in a while..:ohwell: .things are crazy..kids back to school and me back to work..:noway: i dont have time any more...but its sad to say i'm up again in pounds not by much..:mad: i wanted to get down to 130 when i had hit my goal weight of 135...i got as low as 133 but now back up to 137....so now its time to kick some butt again and do what i need to do to get it off again:flowerforyou: :bigsmile:

  • I am having the same problem of yo-yoing between 5 and 10 lbs. My goal weight is 130, too, and I only have 20-25 lbs to go (depending on the day :wink: ). I wish you the best of luck because I know how hard it is too work and take care of family and still find time for yourself and exercise. Why does it seem like the quick food fixes have more calories. :ohwell: ?
