I weigh 206lbs currently, lost 3.2 lbs in past 6 weeks. I eat less than 1200 calories a day. and my workout ranges from 30-90 mins which means i burn a minimum of 500 calories/day and maximum of 1100 calories/day..
Am I eating less than required?
I aim to lose 20lbs before august....

I reckon your not eating enough. Up your cals you need to fuel your fire before you burn out:-)0

The simple answer to your question is YES, you are eating to little. Follow MFP guidelines and eat back at least 1/2 of your exercise calories if you use MFP's estimates for calorie burn (the estimates are quite high). If you use a HRM to get a more accurate number for your calorie burn - eat at least 75% of those calories. You need to fuel your body. It will respond with gratitude and you will see the weight drop off.0

They say you should never take in less than 1200 calories, no matter what. At the rate you are eating an exercising, you should have lost more than 1/2 pound a week so it seems you may have slowed down your metabolism. Why don't you try getting your calories over 1200 and see how that goes?0

How do you know how many calories do you burn? If you don't have a hart rate monitor , might not be a correct estimation and you need that in order to get your numbers right. After I got my HRM , I realized that I was estimating duble the calories that I was actualy burning.0
