Religion meets dieting….

I am an SDA. (you may need to Google) Our religion is very big on nutrition. Many SDA’s are vegetarian or even vegan. We encourage eating natural foods, and not infecting our bodies with toxins like tobacco, alcohol, and other things like unclean meats (such as pig, some sea foods, etc…) We also encourage a balanced life of exercise and rest, also categories I have fallen short on…

My point is, (and this will make sense if you believe in God) we can obtain self-control, in my case with food, with God’s help. I’ve been trying do work out and eat right all by myself not realizing I cannot do it alone.

So if you are trying to battle loosing weight all alone, trust me- there is no better support than God!
