I have just opened my diary to public. I have been stuck at a platuea for a couple of months and have just reset my ticker . Last week I joined a challenge to burn 3500 calories a week and went over my goal as of yesterday. Actually I still have today which I have yet to ad so I am excited about that.
I am 46 years old Female currently weigh 141.1lbs and would like to be at 127 I have lost 11 lbs since Nov of 2011
My BMR is 1233
My BMI is 25.8
I have set to lose 1/2 lbs per week so I can eat 1400 calories a day.
I do have a hard time eating all of those calories and more. I don't like that full feeling since I don't have a gallbladder (had stones) and eating too much tends to make my stomach upset.
I think I may healthy choices most of the time. I would love some honest opinions or suggestions on what I can do to get this weight loss moving again.

You could maybe try going down to 1200 a day.. Platueas suck!0

I personally would lower my calorie intake. 1/2 lb. a week deficit is only a few hundred calories a day. That could get lost in tracking errors. No loss for months implies something's not being tracked right. It's not important to find out what as much as it is just to ratchet things down a little, in my opinion.0

I find that when I get into plateaus, I need to "trick" my body out of it. I do a lower cal day, then med, then higher and then back to med, then low etc. I do that until the scale starts moving. Usually within a couple of weeks. Do you use any supplemential products such as protein powder etc? I also mix whey protein with a calcium powder and that has worked for me as well!0

i am by far no expert, i too have been stuck for about 4 weeks.....until this past week, i increased the number of times i eat to 6 per day, instead of 3...... with a balance of carbs and proteins no more than 40 each time..... seems to help me metabolize my meals easier, and provides me with more energy, i am seing the scale more again:) from your diary, i agree to increasing protein:)0

Your carbs are set too high, and your protein is way low. You need to up your protein, and you will see the difference. You have too much sugar in your food.
Also, you're not tracking your fat intake. Fat is essential for our body. I suggest you add olive oil, coconut oil, avocados, nuts, fish, fish oil supplements. I see that you're taking supplements for your hair. Well, eating healthy fats will help your hair and your skin!0
