    Seriously though, I know how you feel; that is a GREAT feeling when you dip under that bar of 200 lbs. I got a bit misty when I finally went under the 190 mark as I have not been in the 180s in YEARS. Isn;t it a great motivational tool as well? I love feeling like I am finally SEEING what all the hard work has been about.
