KEEP FALLING OFF!

I'm always having to start 'fresh' on my diets...Because I eat something bad and then think - hey, I ate something bad today, I may as well start over again next Monday?! Then, eat terrible till the Monday comes along...
I just seem to never stick to anything and I need help with this...how can I keep myself going? Also, my sister is getting married on July 10 so I have to lose at least 10lbs by then!!!! Any suggestions as to keep on it and lose the weight I need to???

    Don't wait until the next Monday to start over...continue on from where you are...check to to see where what you ate put you and figure it into your calories.

    Don't use Monday as an out. Try again the next day. And the next. And the next. Never give up.
